Venpongal Mix 500g

Cook Sri Jeyam Venpongal mix in a pressure cooker by adding 4 cups of water and required salt and cook until 3 whistles come. Meanwhile take the tempering ingredients provided in the pocket temper them in ghee and add this to cooked pongal. Mix well. Now delicious venpongal is ready.
