This return & refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sri Jeyam Food Products website. 

All products are sold, managed, and billed by Sivasakthi Marketing. 

1. No  Return Policy for Food Products 

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases mentioned below. 

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement/Refund 

A replacement or refund may be provided only if: 

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery. 
• An incorrect product was delivered. 

3. Reporting an Issue 

• Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. 
• Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared. 
• Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be accepted. 

4. Inspection & Approval 

• All requests will be reviewed by Sivasakthi Marketing.
• Approval or rejection will be communicated within [2-5] business days after verification.

5. Replacement Policy 

• If approved , a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
• Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. 

6. Refund Policy 

• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued. 
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. 
• Refunds will be completed within [5-7] business days after approval. 

7. Non -Refundable & Non- Returnable class 

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for :

• Change of mind or taste preference 
• Incorrect address provided by the customer 
• Delay caused by courier partners 
• Minor packaging damage without product leakage or spoilage
• Orders already opened or partially used 

8. Order Cancellation 

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. 
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded within [5-7] business days. 

9. International Orders

• International orders are non-returnable and non -refundable due to customs and food safety regulations. 
• Any cutoms duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibity of the customer.
