All products are marketed, managed, and billed by Sivasakthi Marketing.

• We currently ship orders across India. 
• Delivery availability may vary based on courier serviceability in certain locations. 

3. Shipping Charges 

• Shipping charges , if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• Any additional charges such as remote area fees(if applicable) will be informed before order confirmation. 

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Sivasakthi Marketing is not liable for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 

7.Delivery Issue & Delays 

• If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated time, customers may contact us for assisstance.
• we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. 

8. Damaged or Missing Packages 

• If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos. 
• In case of missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. 

9. Undelivered/Returned Shipments  

Orders returned due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may re-shipped at an additional cost or cancelled with applicable deductions.
