How to make sambar ?
Boil 200g Thoor dhall and leave it separetly. Then heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, add mustard seeds, 10 small onion, 2 slit green chillies and curry leaves. Saute until golden brown. Add 300g chopped vegetables 4 tomatoes, and required tamarind extract. Add 2 teaspoon of Sri Jeyam sambar powder and salt to taste. Then add cooked dhoor dhall and boil it for 15min. Garnish with coriander leaves.
