How to make fish curry ?
After cleaning the fish pieces well, heat the required amount of oil in the pan add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute well. After 3 minutes add the required quantity of Sri Jeyam fish curry masala, tamarind extract and water, then mix well. Once the gravy starts boiling well add the fish pieces and the required amount of salt. After the fish pieces are cooked well switch off the flame and let it rest for 1/2 an hour before serving. Now the tasty fish curry is ready.
